Shanxi Sino-Science Tiangang Technological Co., Ltd., jointly established by Chinese Academy of Sciences, Central South University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology & Shanxi Tiang UHMWPE Product Co., Ltd., is a high-tech privately-owned public company, incorporating the research, development and production of UHMWPE Polymers and high performance Hydrogen-storage materials. The main products are Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene products (UHMWPE product) & Hydrogen-storage alloy battery materials for motion purpose. Our company now occupies an area of 31467sqm, with 5300sqm for factory and 1200sqm for office facility, and has 10 million RMB registered capital as well as 45 million investments in equipment.
Nowadays, our annual output is 2500 tons of UHMWPE & 1200 tons of Hydrogen-storage alloy materials. For UHMWPE, we are now equipped with one production line of 4000-ton-pressure four-layer for large sheet production, and it is the sole production line in China, 20 lines of single-rod extruders and 10 sets of special profile process equipment. As for Hydrogen-storage Alloy material production, we are now equipped with two production lines of Hydrogen-storage Ally Powder and one production line of powered batteries.
UHMWPE is the main High-tech Industrial project supported by the State, and we mainly focus on the research, development and production of UHMWPE sheets, rods, pipes, idlers, chain guides, multi-hole files, extrusions and so on. Our company has the most advanced manufacturing facilities of sheet producing and extruding lines in China. We are able to manufacture a variety of UHMNWPE products as per customers' demands.
